// Booking software for working DJs

The booking desk built
for working DJs.

Capture enquiries, send quotes, sign contracts, and get paid — all from one calm, premium hub. Made in Perth by a DJ who got tired of spreadsheets.

// Founder note

Built by a working DJ.

FaderDesk started because I was losing leads in my own inbox. I run Prestige Sound & Light in Perth — premium weddings and corporate events — and the admin side of the business was eating my Sundays. Spreadsheets, email threads, half-signed contracts, payment reminders I forgot to send. There had to be a better way to run a DJ business, so I built it.

Now FaderDesk runs my entire operation: enquiries, quotes, contracts, invoices, payments. It's built for the way professional DJs actually work — not the way generic CRMs assume we work.

// Why it's different

Not a generic CRM
with a wedding skin.

Built by an Australian wedding DJ

Every workflow comes from a working booking calendar in Perth. The defaults are the way DJs actually run events — not the way US sales teams pitch quotas.

GST-registered or not, the maths works

FaderDesk handles GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive pricing, tax invoices when required, and clean totals when not. AUD only.

Weddings-first, but flexible

The booking model is shaped around weddings — packages, deposits, briefs, run sheets — and adapts cleanly to private and corporate events.

No per-seat tax

Designed for sole operators and small teams. Add your assistant DJs and admin help without the per-seat pricing creep that punishes you for growing.

// FAQ

Common questions.

When does FaderDesk launch publicly?

Mid-2026. Right now we're inviting Australian DJs to join the early-access waitlist. Waitlist members get the platform first and lock in founding-member pricing for life.

Who's it built for?

Australian wedding, private event and corporate DJs running a real business — solo operators and small teams. If you're juggling enquiries through Gmail and Google Sheets, FaderDesk replaces all of that.

How do payments work?

Mark payments manually today — bank transfer, cash, cheque or external card — and the dashboard counts revenue immediately. Stripe card payments connect once and run quietly when they go live at public launch.

Are you only in Australia?

For now, yes. AUD, Australian timezones, GST handling, AU date formats. International support comes later.

What does it cost?

Free during beta. Founding-member pricing will be announced before public launch — waitlist members lock in the lowest rate, forever.

Less admin. More gigs.

Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch when early access opens.
